I like the laptop a lot. It runs fast even with 12+ open tabs. I love that it comes with a good amount of storage, I don't see the need to add storage anytime soon or if at all. The screen is nice and bright and i don't get much glare so using it even with sunlight on the screen you can still see what you are doing. The battery is on the good side i am getting OVER 8 hours on one full charge. i Had no problem getting wifi on my laptop and i get good single no matter where i am in my house. The laptop is as heavy as you would expect/comfortable.

I bought this for work back in July. It seemed to fit the bill and I had no issue, although the camera isn't great. I liked the price and the one year warranty, so I was comfortable buying this unknown brand. Then around October/November, the battery was not lasting very long at all, which I could deal with as long as I had access to an outlet. When I take this with me, it's in my bag. Or I'm working on a lap desk on the couch. Nothing crazy. But I realized that some of the screws came loose on the bottom and the pieces started separating, making it impossible to close. I first contacted the seller on Nov 24th about this. After going back and forth over the last few weeks, I decided to send it back and they agreed to replace it under warranty. (They originally offered to send me some replacement screws and somehow walk me through putting everything back in order, but I have zero confidence or experience in doing such a thing, so I opted for the replacement in light of the battery issue.) They acknowledge that they received the tracking info, and USPS shows it as delivered as of January 10th. I still have received NO WORD from the seller (it's now the 30th), despite sending a few follow up emails asking on the status of my replacement. I even chatted with Amazon and they asked me to give it up to 14 days, and it's now been 14 business days. I'm very frustrated and annoyed. It sucks to be out a few hundred dollars and I miss the convenience of being able to work away from home. I did not want to resort to a 1-star review but I really hope the seller will make good on their word.

I’m coming back to this review a year later because I want to give a true review. This computer has exceeded my expectations by far. I bought this for my teenage daughter who is a gamer online and she is able to play without the computer slowing down. I came across this one and was unsure because I wasn’t familiar with the brand but I have no regrets with my purchase.

This is actually a great purchase for me, it was affordable and it's very easy to work on this computer. After all the reviews of people having trouble I was sceptical. It does heat up quickly and doesn't have a long battery life but for home office or gaming it's great.

Great Value. I needed a computer to do the basics as i mostly just check emails, surf the web, and check stocks. Startup is quick and pages load quickly The oversize touchpad ia great feature although I did buy a bluetooth mouse that made operation much smoother. I set up the fingerprint login quite easily. Overall I would highly reccomend especially for the price. Im not sure this could be a gmaing computer or why it is advertised as such but for $250 this would make an excellent basic laptop or student laptop. someone whodoesnt need it to run high memory programs. One SMall gripe is that I use the nummber keypad alot . I specifically wanted a new computer that had the number pad. The way the pad is set up with the zero not on th ebottom middle takes some serious getting used to.. Makes things very annoying at times

I bought this computer for my wife. It is what is was advertised to be. Very light weight and has the processing power, memory, and ssd storage capacity for productive multitasking. It's good enough for the type games my wife plays on her iPad not heavy resource games. The monitor is better than I thought. It is brilliant, fast and clear. It was a great buy. 👍

It’s ok for the price. It gets the job done but stagnant sometimes and when I downloaded creative cloud for Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign there are some glitches. Not the best quality but it gets the job done. Also the battery life is horrible. Lasts 2-3 hours max.
