I have used many different brands of Magnesium Oxide over the years and I always come back to Mag-Ox. I started using magnesium supplements on a recommendation for migraine prevention. However, I have also noticed that Mag-Ox also helps with my sleep and keeps me regular. Not every store carries this brand so I when I have ran out in the past, I have tried other brands but I am never as satisfied with results as I am with this one. It may be the absorption rate or the quality of ingredients, but this is certainly the best magnesium oxide supplement I have tried.

This particular brand was highly recommended by a trusted pharmacist and I have been taking it ever since.

I had been having headaches and dizziness and my neurologist recommended taking magnesium oxide along with riboflavin. I don't know if it was that combination, the vestibular therapy I did, or just coincidence but I've been doing much better. These pills have a great price. There are a few things I don't like though. They have a chalky substance and are not smooth. This makes them very hard to swallow, they tend to stick to my tongue or mouth instead of going down. You need to have a liquid with them at least. Secondly, due to their consistency, I honestly didn't know if I was supposed to chew them or swallow them. The instructions don't say either way (just to "take" the pills). After reading comments here it seems that they should be swallowed, but that just goes to show that it's not made like most pills are nowadays that you swallow.
