These handle pads do NOT fit the Pepe brand crutches
Even though Amazon has the listings associated with each other. I blame Amazon for that because the handle pads are listed in the Pepe crutch listing along with the forearm covers (which do fit well). What is the matter with me? I usually am very careful to read the reviews first, but I think I was too excited to get some padding on these crutch handles and rushed things. (I love my Pepe crutches but the handles could use some padding.) Now that I am reading the reviews I see that others tried to warn me of the same two issues I am having with these pads: nit enough padding and one set of the straps is too short to even meet and touch let alone overlap and grip. I wish I had read the reviews! I am going to find some Velcro and extend the straps and also find some foam to put under these pads. I don’t have a complaint about the price, just the fit and lack of padding!

Game Changer for Independence After Surgery
I bought these after not being able to use shoulder crutches when recovering from a bunion surgery where they had to straighten and shorten some of my metatarsals in my right foot. With shoulder crutches I frequently would accidentally drop the crutch when reaching for doors and I found it more difficult to slowly start putting more weight on my foot versus with these forearm crutches. These were a dream come true especially when paired with the straps that go around the forearms to keep the crutch in place plus they fold when in car or if you are seated. I took these to a convention and these were easier to get around a packed area as compared to using my knee scooter. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Got half a package, doesn’t even fit
Bought this product as I upgraded my crutches. First, I received HALF of what I ordered in the bag. The pads for the cuffs were there but not the pads for the handle, and the pads for the cuff fits my regular crutches as opposed to my forearm crutches they are supposed to be used for. I don’t even think there is an option to only get the pads for the cuff, so why did I only receive those paddings and not for the handle where it is most necessary? Already started my return process. I go back to work tomorrow and now I have to deal with the crutches being uncomfortable. Yea, not a big problem, but rather a big inconvenience as I cannot walk without the crutches, and it’s much easier to have to use something that’s comfortable.

These are an accident waiting to happen
First off the zipper will not lock closed so after 2 days or so the zipper opens and slipps off the elbow support. And the velcro that straps your elbow into these pads is constantly scratching my arm. The end of the velcro is very sharp. Needs a sleep or cover to the velcro. Very painful being scratched all day long. And the zipper problem is almost unsafe because when your walking the pad will slide off and your arm slips. Then you have to walk back to go pick it up , stop and put it back on to just repeat over and over again.

Not my first choice
The handle wraps work great. The cuffs suck. They don’t fit properly even when they’re meant for the crutch cuffs. The zippers will not stay in place once zipped. So annoying. I wouldn’t bother trying this one unless you’re prepared to be frustrated

The best I have found
These forearm crutches are not the cheapest but they are well made easy to put together and as comfortable as you can get in a forearm crutch. With ten different height adjustments they will fit a large portion of the populace. The maker also produces cushions in three colors, Black, Pink and Blue, that fit these crutches exactly . So if you need a crutch that can take the weight and is easy to put together and comfortable to use then these are the crutches for you.
