I originally started getting this stuff from GNC in 2012. It does an excellent job of blocking lactic acid effects. You get more reps because you don’t feel as much muscle burn; and delayed onset muscle soreness is almost nonexistent. You don’t gain a ton of water weight either because it’s not monohydrate.

This is a good product and use it regularly with good results. I always order way ahead to keep stocked up. My last order said it was “running late”. Okay, no problem, I’m well stocked and with all the supply chain issues I figured I’d wait. I finally started to inquire. That was painful with the chat and getting help on what happened. Finally, I got a number to call. They said I was just over the 60 day mark, so no compensation. You’d think with the ton of $$ I’ve ordered on PMD products and Amazon, I’d get some type of compensation (replacement?)? First time order screw up for me. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.
