Noticed earlier would have saved me $114
This is a 4-way review, perhaps most relevant to Sous Vide Cooks: 1) Heat Gun, 2) torch, 3) Searzall, 4) Fan Nozzle First purchase, the Porter Cable PC1500HG electric heat gun, but found it lacking for finishing meat cooked Sous Vide. At the time of purchase, I was not aware of the Fan Nozzle. However, it is a great heat gun. Cost, $28.30 Next purchase, the popular Benzomatic TS8000 torch and the companion Searzall Torch Attachment. The torch is a great replacement to my old propane torch, and the Searzall adds functionality as shown in numerous Youtube videos. Cost, $40 torch, $75 Searzall, total $114. Then I discovered the Porter Cable Fan Nozzle that fits the Porter Cable PC1500HG heat gun, making it almost as efficient as the Searzall and Torch for searing meat. AND I can use the Porter Cable heat gun indoors with the meat on a cheap, steel “jellyroll” pan, which I usually place on my gas range just in case some hot air strays beyond the edges of the pan. Put the nozzle a fraction of an inch above the meat, and it sears rather quickly. Cost, $11.44. Yes! I paid 10x the cost of the nozzle for the Searzall and Torch! I will sometimes use the Searzall, but only when I have enough searing to justify taking the task outdoors. Most of the time, the time for moving everything outside, getting the torch from the garage, returning the torch, and moving back indoors makes it just as efficient to use the electric heat gun indoors, perhaps more so. All great products, but sometimes I think that had I known then what I know now, I could have saved $114. However, the Searzall is hotter than the torch and covers a larger area.

Seems well made
10/18/19: Looking at the other reviews, it seems I'm the only person who didn't buy this to sear sous vide meat with, I actually bought it for heat shrinking. That said, I haven't been able to use this yet, as my heat gun hasn't arrived. The part looks like the one pictured on Amazon and appears to made well, but I'm starting at 4 stars simply because this came in a box that said it was for Black & Decker, not Porter Cable (see pic). Strangely, the same box also lists a part number, which is the correct part number to go with the Porter Cable heat gun that I ordered. I will update the rating & review once I get a chance to use this. I have a buffer for my car made by Porter Cable, and it has worked very well, so I am optimistic.

Smokeless sous vide for one
Bought this (like practically everyone else) to do indoor sous vide searing with no smoke or fumes. Frying makes a mess, a Searzall can't be used indoors, and who wants to grill in the dead of winter? It takes a good 10 minutes to properly sear a steak, but you can do it on a tray coated in foil and you'll have practically no cleanup. You could probably add some butter or oil for a darker sear, but I do it right out of the bag and it works great. I wouldn't want to do more than one or two steaks at a time, but I'm not cooking for a crowd, I just want a steak once in a while.

Works Creat
I use it on my Porter Cable heat gun to crisp up meats etc.. after I sous vide. Works like a charm. Now I do not have to outside to accomplish this with a propane unit. Cheaper also !!

Works perfectly for Porter-Cable Heat Gun (PC1500HG)
I wish the heat gun had come with this attachment, but the attachment itself fits perfectly and helps to direct heat where you want it.

Great for searing meat
I use this with my Porter Cable heat gun to sear meat. I actually prefer the combination over my Wagner Furno 750, which was more expensive but comes with a nice case.

Great
Very useful and reasonable price but tends to slip of fall of and when heating it is too hot to pick up
