Love the variety in sizes. Has consistent color and flavor. The flavor is light and mild sweetness. Very elegant addition to my daughter‘s birthday cake. Texture of pearls is smooth when rolled in mouth..it’s firm but not too hard when bitten into and then melts nicely. The container is easy to open and pour out what you need.

These sprinkles were perfect. They were white all of them were the same white color. They came in 4 different sizes, which worked perfectly for my bridal cake. They were all round, no defects that I noticed and they all appeared really nice and coated. Every sprinkle I used was hard and was similar to a small jaw breaker. I do t think I’d really eat them, although you can they are completely edible, but I use the mainly for esthetics.

Great edible pearls to use on a cake. I like having different sizes of the same color. They are hard, but most pearls are.

While I love the look and variety of these pearls, the big ones for sure are especially hard once cake is chilled. They harden like those Jaw Breaker candies from back in the days. 😆 The little pearls are not quite as hard but I’d still tell whomever you’re serving or giving it to, to be very careful not to chip or crack a tooth. I used these to make cakes for family and friends and have had to tell them NOT to eat big edible pearls unless they wanna take the risk of breaking a tooth. 😬

Came with everything I wanted. Sometimes you order white and you get cream color this is pure white which was exactly what I wanted.
