For those seeking truly "clean label" products, these ingredients are undesirable, and as they are prevalent across many supplements, there's a valid concern about potential accumulation over time from overall supplement intake, even if individual doses are small. On the positive side, the manufacturer uses Organic Brown Rice Powder / Flour as a more natural filler, which is a preferable alternative to synthetic options. The HPMC (hypromellose) capsule shells are also a good choice, being plant-based and clear, indicating no artificial colours. In summary, this supplement provides an excellent form and effective dose of magnesium glycinate, which is its primary purpose. However, the inclusion of magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, despite their common use, prevents it from being an ideal choice for those prioritizing a truly clean and filler-free supplement regimen.

Good fast and secure delivery. Although on the large size i find not trouble swallowing them with water and no after taste. However its too early to say if i am getting any benifits from this supliment as you have to take them for a month or so for them to get in your system.
