I absolutely love the GUDOMET Cortisol Wellness supplement! It has helped me more than I expected. I feel calmer, less overwhelmed, and more balanced throughout the day. Not bad for sleep, but not sure it actually lowers cortisol levels.
Not really sure it's lowering my cortisol, but it does help me get to sleep. I just wish when I wake up in the middle of the night that my cortisol wouldn't shoot up and cause my heart to beat faster and me to wake up, so I csn go back to sleep easier.

Love this product. Been taking it now for almost a year. My cortisol levels were very high. Now they are normal.
