I always sit with a lumbar cushion behind my back and this is even better, so comfy just as a lumbar cushion but I love that I can also add heat and/or vibration if I'm feeling tight and stiff, this really helps soothe and loosen up my lower back when it's tight It's made of comfy memory foam and the vibrating motors are located in the small of my back where I often have stiffness so it feels really good Works great on my office chair and also on a recliner or on the bed It has 3 modes for vibration and 3 levels of vibration so you can set it to whatever feels good to you. It also has 3 levels of heat, I haven't been able to thoroughly test the heat modes because it's been in the 100s here and the last thing I want is more heat. I did try it though and it heated up quickly and felt really good in the small of my back I've tried a lot of massagers because I get a lot of aches, pain, tightness and stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders, this one is a winner for me. If I was looking for a down side it would only be that it's limited to massaging only one area but that's why I have multiple massagers 😁
