Classic BAOER 3035 Stainless Steel Metal Silver Medium Nib Fountain Pen

Bought this fountain pen with the expectation of using it for everyday use, I can't because I need to understand how the ink flows from the Nib... Don't misunderstand, it's a quality beautiful fountain pen, but my inexperiance caused me a lot of headaches. I now use it for love letters and special correspondance that needs a personal touch. I give it four stars, because as enthusiastic as I was to buy their product i think they can improve their offering with advice, ink recommendations and or sell it with the right ink as a package. in addition for those wanting to learn, start with a standard inkwell and Crystal calligrapgy pen. No fuss, easy cleaning, any ink pen. Like : Looks elegant. Feels nice to grip. And with the cap on the back it feels the right weight No like: Nib could be smoother. The barrel seems to come loose pretty often. Ink (using generic jinhao) does not flow smooth. Either it floods and feathers or it dries up. But that may be an ink issue. I will try with a better ink and raise a star if it behaves better All in all, I like this pen as an everyday carry for normal use.

Bought a pen just like this for i wont say how much. Found this pen and regret not buying this one first. I now have 5 and im about to buy some more lol. They are GREAT gifts of you get custom inscriptions on it.

Bought this pen for my daughters, worked fine for a couple of days. Then the ink started spilling. Tried to fix it (different cartridge, adjusting, tightening), but it just kept spilling, completely unusable.

I love this pen. I now have 4. I only wish they had a fine point nib. But it writes well and always writes first time everytime.
