Have had for exactly a year and was going to purchase another for another tank and it's no longer available. It's definitely done it's job.

I followed all of the directions and the pump still won't run for more than an hour at a time.

I have a large aquatic turtle and have tried SEVERAL different filters, including other canister filters and this has by far been the best! Easy to set up and get going and with the flow control it has been an efficient clean up of the tank!

I bought the filter on June 10, 2024. It only worked for 4 months. It quit the job on Oct 12, 2024. I admit, that the filter did an awesome job. However, my only complaint was that it had a short life and I felt distraught about it.

The “recommended” filter replacements are too small. Leave open space in the canister for waste to keep circulating around. Company has not responded to emails. Both “recommended” filters I see on Amazon I see for my 390GPH model do *not* fit. I will update my review if they respond with how to get a *correct size* replacement filter.
