There was an issue with the sign I ordered and I contacted the seller immediately. My signs were packaged while the paint was wet and the finish was ruined. He responded quickly and offered to replace the product. I received it a few days later and it was perfect! I would recommend these products because they are high quality and the seller has excellent service!!!

This company is so easy to work with, they help you when you’re trying to figure out font annd sizing, and I just love the letters. They are thin which makes them light weight and easy to hang.

The item wasn’t not his like described at all at least how I thought it should be. Company did eventually refund me minus what it costs me to ship it back. Good communication.

I did not expect a painted peace of wood. The photo used to sell the product clearly displays a more clean look of a title that is not painted on a peace of wood yet it is clean cut out sleek wording. The product I received appears polar opposite to the photo. I am very disappointed. and I will not be using the product I received.
