Absolutely over the moon with this. One of the best price to performance purchases i've ever made. The twi main attributed for me are that the screen is amazing. A really sharp, crisp screen. The image quality is excellent and ideal for everything from editing to gaming... And with those 2 things in mind the speed is a close second on my 'impressed' scale. Proper good and fast laptop both in terms of software and usage as well as the speed of using external drives. Perfect for professionals and/or gamers. The design is simple but really nice. You get a sleek and lightweight laptop with all the features of a more expensive competitor... And the battery life is pretty epic too. I haven't actually timed it but I think a full working day off a full charge is achievable. Super impressed!

Well very impressed as soon as I got it out of the box. Lightweight metal outer casing that feels quality. A very nice to use backlit keyboard that comes with a silicone protector. A very clear crisp screen and starts up very quickly and performs functions quickly. The battery appears to last quite a while but this is very hard to guage as it depends on what actions you are performing and how much processor your using. 3 usb ports. Hdmi. C socket and c socket charger. It also has micro SD card reader. The mouse pad is all in one and very sensitive and positive. It comes with windows 11. Now for customer services, on the keyboard panel there is a yellow sticker with a QR code to contact them via WhatsApp, my first laptop developed a software issue that could not be rectified so I had to send it back to them(which they reimbursed the courier fees) and then they sent out a replacement that was absolutely amazing. They were helpful, polite, courteous at all times I would highly recommend this laptop

All in all, a pretty good laptop. Sturdy and with a large screen. An acceptable device for the money but nothing above average. The device boots up quickly and the display is good. The tone sounds slightly tinny. The keyboard is quite loud - as are the buttons on the touchpad. Windows 11 was included. SD card slot - is available. The device ok for average users, but probably not enough for experts and gamers.

I bought this as I was looking for a budget friendly laptop for video editing. Having checked out the specs and reading reviews from other sites I thought, for the price, it was a no-brainer. So far, it has more than lived up to expectations, managing to handle everything I throw at it with ease. However, there was one glitch. I am driving two external monitors (so, three displays in total) and at one point the system started crashing when playing back the timeline and I would get an error message regarding a GPU timeout. It seems that others had had the same issue and it was down to the drivers. I was stumped as there didn't seem to be a resolution (rolling back the driver wasn't an option and the latest driver was installed). However, I solved the problem by simply turning off hardware acceleration in the video editing software. The laptop is now running as it did and I have seen little to no difference in performance. Very, very happy with this. Recommended. If you are looking to take up video editing and looking for a budget friendly laptop this is for you. (Incidentally, the GPU issue doesn't occur if only using the laptop screen).

I was really excited getting this gaming laptop as my other laptop is 5 years old and on its last legs. I started playing a building game on Big Fish nothing speedy or frenetic gradually as I was playing the machine was getting hotter and hotter. I tried putting a cooling mat underneath then the game started going weird so I thought it could be the game, so I downloaded another of my favourite games from my catalogue which I have played many times a farming game but the laptop would not even finish downloading it. I bought this laptop as it was marketed as best gaming laptop. It also had rave reviews but having read further reviews people have advised not to buy. It also is very heavy for a laptop not one you can pick up with one hand. I will have to bite the bullet now and go and purchase a reputable make from Currys :(
