Read and Learn what is best for you
I was very happy with these, however my doctor said due to my health needs that the dosage of the D3 was too high. He told me that I should adjust taking one pill every three days, not to exceed my body needs. The cost is okay. It is nice that they combine the right K2 with the D3 so one does not have to take as many pills. Just use your doctors advice after having a blood test to learn what is appropriate for yourself. It should be that way with any vitamin or herb.

Do not chew
I wish it wasn’t made from seed oils as we all are learning seed oils are bad. Direction unclear. The bottle says to chew throughly before swallowing. They need to fix this.
