Love love love this bug light and the included Remote!! Plus it has a light at the bottom which is cool. So far it has done its job. Oh the sweet stuff zapping bugs! Lol. We kept it right by our door and it kills the bugs instantly when they try to sneak in. Very happy l with this purchase.

I have a 1 acre lot and a huge front and huge back porch. I had a hook at the far end of the porch right next to an exterior electric plug, so I hung this right there and plugged it in. Wow! Immediate beautiful blue colored light shone into thee side yard and a mesmerizing white circular light shone down onto the porch concrete. It looks soooo dramatic especially in the deadb of night. My porch is bug headquarters. This thing makes short work of small bugs, particularly mosquitoes. Some of them end up on the.blue light grate, with most dropping below the unit itself onto the ground and bushes and the other half of the little dead bugs land below on the concrete porch, where a toad convention awaits. The reality of a toad convention NEVER occurred to me. But they’re at the other end of the porch, not bothering me at all, and they’re only there for a few hours in the middle of the night before they go home

I leave my back screen door open slightly, so my cats have access to the back patio. The bug zapper is a life saver. I get 1-2 flies and or gnats a day and this takes care of the problem.

This zapper is a bit smaller than what i expected and the power cord is kind of short. Other than that, i am please with it.

This zapper is an excellent value. Not only does it perform perfectly, but the included remote control and dimmable lights make it versatile enough for discreet indoor use. Highly recommended.

I returned this item because it was no longer needed but as far as I could tell I would have been happy with it.

Against my better judgement after reading so many reviews about how the remote doesn’t work, I went ahead and spent the extra to get the remote option. Turns out they were all correct. The remote does not work at all tried a fresh energizer battery as well to no avail. The unit however does do its job zapping flying insects like it is supposed to. I won’t be totally mean and give it one star like the others because if does actually do its main job, but you really need to fix that remote issue
