Great
Easy peasey. Makes great sheets of butternut squash to make a veg lasagne. Word of caution.. The blades are extremely Sharpe. A little obvious I know, but they are extremely sharp.

A handy little gadget.
The product is great. Which is more than can be said for the delivery. It was sent to the wrong house. 0 stars on the delivery front.

Excellent attachment, easy to use
My husband bought this for me, from Amazon, as a gift to use with my KitchenAid Classic. It was even better than I'd hoped it would be. I worried it would be really fiddly to set up; it wasn't. I was worried it would be a pain to clean; it wasn't. I worried I wouldn't be able to sheet celeriac; I needn't have, because it worked like a charm, though I did have to slice down the sides of the celeriac a bit so it would fit, because you know those things are so big. To practice, we did a Bramley apple and a cucumber. It handled everything really well. The celeriac was next, which I use instead of pasta for my lasagna. The attachment comes with a thick sheeter and a thin sheeter, and I used the thick sheeter, which makes a pretty thin sheet so don't know when I'd use the thin but I'll think of something! It's a really great tool, I love it, I'll be looking for any excuse to use it. ***The sheet comes out fast so be ready to guide it with your hands onto some kind of landing zone - plate, tray, etc.

Don't waste your time, energy, money or vegetable on this utterly useless gadget.
By far the worse kitchen gadget I have ever bought, 0 Stars would be too many, it's simply is not up to the job. Firstly it takes ages to put together, instructions are not very good. Then I've just spent an hour or so trying to make vegetable sheets from butternut squash - not way is this powerful enough to cut squash. So moved on to courgettes, it can't cut them either as the soft centre of the vegetable just gives way stopping the vegetable being rotated, thus not cut. I cut myself removing the blade and have been left with a pile of ruined vegtables.

I bought this to try to get a few more vegetables and fruits into our lives in a creative way. Just kidding I really just bought it to see if it would work. And it really does!! I pulled it out and my fiance was like what heck did you buy now. So within a few minutes I had this thing going and zipped through 4 pretty decent sized zucchinis to make sheets for zucchini lasagna. Then I moved on to all the apples we had in the household. The two of us were just laughing our fool heads off watching it. I told him you guys have dinner I'm just going to do this all night. But seriously it works like a charm. The instructions are pretty good and just took a few minutes to master. The sheet cutter holds about 4-4.5 inch veggies, so about half a decent sized zucchini and then it makes literally the perfect lasagna noodles. It does leave some core behind. After I threw them away I thought dang I could have saved those to make zucchini bread if I had ground them up. I took the apples and put them in a little casserole with some butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Great for a quick little desert but it looks neat so I could see doing that then putting them in a pretty tart pan for an elegant desert. I left my zucchini noodles on a rack in the refrigerator overnight to remove some of the water and they did dry out pretty nicely, otherwise they stay pretty wet then when you bake it makes a big soupy mess. You can dry them in the oven too. We spent the whole rest of dinner trying to figure out things we could run through the sheet cutter...I'm going to try apples, pears, potatoes and maybe a firm nectarine. FUN!!!

Also kurzum ich bin begeistert !

Ha tanti pezzettini che è facile perdere ma adoro questo accessorio kitchenaid Ho fatto dei ravioli di mela vegani spettacolari, ma si può fare molto altro. Sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta!
