Smart Ink Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 950XL 951XL 4 Pack

Followed the provided instructions carefully. Wore the plastic gloves to avoid contaminating chip surfaces. The back ends of each color unit is covered with a square of cellophane over a hole, where I presume the ink comes out. Instructions say to keep it on, don’t take it off.. Otherwise one might be inclined to tear it off, I assume rendering the cartridge inoperable. Instructions are very thorough and also suggested to put all the new cartridges in, even if printer still has an original Cartridge with remaining ink, as was the case with the black color. Apparently this can throw off the printer software. Once all new cartridges were installed, hit ok if any error message appears. Mine simple said it detected a non hp product and couldn’t guarantee quality. I hit ok and it’s been printing perfectly, even in color. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my ink cartridges and want to their website with my order number and asked for help. They were extremely helpful and were able to resolve my issue completely by sending me new cartridges. I am really happy I chose this brand. Really recommend :)

Does not work with HP 8600. It is not compatible. The product information very misleading

We couldn't get 1 of the cartridges to register. I reached out to customer service & they shipped out new cartridges right away. We had issues with those as wel, different colorsl. It's a really old printer we have, so I don't want to fully blame it on the cartridges. Either way, the customer service is outstanding for this company. It was worth the $30 investment to at least try.

Printer said that one of the new cartridges I installed was depleted. Went online chat with Smart Ink and without any hassle are sending new box of cartridge ink. 👍

Apparently, HP is preventing the function and use of cartridges not made by HP. The new package of ink arrived yesterday and is not working. I continue to receive notification of wrong cartridges one or more. Alex , one of your representative was kind and most helpful. Please give her my sincere appreciation and gratitude. I don't know what I am going to do . The Ink is not working. I may have to return the Ink and find different supplier. But first I am going to try to circumvent HP or worse yet. to buy new printer NOT HP. I am just so upset the products are not working.

Worked fine in our HP8600 Printer. It complains about a non-HP ink cartridge but still prints quite well with no problems.

Ein Tintenstrahldrucker ist kein Laserdrucker, heißt, ich drucke damit keine Fotos aus die ich mir an die Wand hängen will. Aber für normale Textdokumente mit einigen Grafiken reicht die Qualität voll aus. Der Preis ist gut, die Patronen funktionieren einwandfrei in meinem Officejet Pro 8600. :)

Compre este kit porque el original es muy caro y la impresora tiene bastantes años. El cartucho negro funciono sin problemas pero al montar el amarillo dio fallo de impresora. Afortunadamente el servicio de atención al cliente funciono de primera. Me enviaron un set nuevo y ahora el cartucho amarillo funciona perfectamente. Muy buena calidad de impresión, precio y atención al cliente
