I’ve been taking this now for a couple of weeks with no adverse effects. I’m no scientist or doctor and because I take a number of other supplements I can’t narrow down the precise benefits this sea moss supplement has provided.I do know it was one of the best priced sea moss drops (currently £9.99) and it tastes delicious. I actually look forward to having it and find it somehow more satisfying than a pill. If you’re looking to bring sea moss into your diet, this is kind to your pocket and tastebuds and well worth a try.

I have to say I’m quite impressed with these Irish sea moss liquid drops as it’s a super-easy and potent way to get the valuable nutrients and myriad health benefits associated with the three healthful foods included here. The sea moss alone contains 92 minerals, and both the bladderwrack and burdock root are further excellent sources of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. All three foods have been consumed for years for their purported health-giving properties so it’s great to see them together in this formula.The box the bottle comes in was well-sealed, with a further seal on the cap with the pipette dropper attached. The bottle by the way is glass. The dropper is marked up to a millilitre, so taking the recommended 2ml a day is simply a case of filling the dropper to the 1ml mark and squeezing the drops into liquid, and then repeating. It couldn’t be easier!Taste-wise, the drops are really nice as they’re enhanced by organic strawberry and lime fruit extract (and does indeed taste like watermelon as the description states). The drops quickly colour water to a nice healthy-looking shade of dark green, but they can be added to just about any liquid. Herbal teas work well, as would any fruit drink or smoothie, or even sports drink.I really like the liposomal technology that’s been used to increase nutrient absorption, which might be better than traditional tablets and capsules. I also like that the water base the foods are mixed in is distilled and purified. Being all natural ingredients is a big incentive for me, as is the Good Manufacturing Practice certification.There’s nothing negative I can say about this at all. I think it’s a great supplement. The price is good, and I do feel a little more energised after taking it. An all-round positive as far as I’m concerned.
