I am very impressed with these, they seem to have better adhesive than the expensive K tape. I wore one for four days which included two hour long lap swims! A little tricky to put on as they want to stick to themselves, but luckily the backing is in several pieces so just take your time and pull it up fairly tight.

Tape works great for knees! So glad I was able to find something that was easier to put on instead of using just the regular tape. Great price as well. No issue with irritation of the skin.

I bought this for my neighbor who is having a knee replacement at the end of the month. She has barely been able to walk until she got this tape. The functionality of this tape to relieve knee pain is GREAT! The only reason why I gave it 5 stars is that the adhesive caused her to break out and she even got some water blisters, so I had to send it back. The doctor will not operate with any open wounds, so she was absolutely unable to use them. Otherwise, it was a magic fix to giving her the ability to walk with way less pain. It's worth a try if you have knee pain.

The main purpose of this tape it is to use it in sports. It is easy to wear it, the color is cool but the tape itself...It is good until time pass by and one is dirty and sweaty. After one hour of use, it starts losing its tightness to the point that it does not do the work anymore. It is good for short time and not too much sweat and dirt.

Don’t buy this tape brand. It’s cheap and thin and does not stick well. I just put this on this morning and five hours later it’s peeling up. It’s supposed to stay on for several days.I’ve tried it twice and not happy with the product.

I love this recut KT. It is far more efficient than single pieces and because the backing comes off in perfectly sized pieces it is super easy to get the right placement on the knee.

Love this tape, it is of great quality. As a volleyball player, I am constantly playing and need knee support. This tape is very convenient. Although it does start to peel off steadily as sweat is produced. Also, the top pieces are very long. Otherwise, a great product.
