Samsung Q990D Q-Symphony 11.1.4ch Cinematic Dolby Atmos Wi-Fi Soundbar with Subwoofer and Rear Speakers

At this discounted price it was a no brainer. Excellent sound quality via HDMI, blutooth and Wi-Fi. Its solid and heavy, it was a two person delivery team. Pretty much plug and play, youll need the smartthings app though to link it to your wi-fi for subtle settings and firmware updates. It supports pretty much all audio formats, Dolby Atmos and DTX-X. It looks great and having no wires for the rear speakers is a life saver.

I love it. The sound is very good, cant use in the flat more than 35. It was super easy to assemble, build quality is high end as expected. Looks fantastic below my 65 inch Samsung TV. Its quite easy to set up and tune but with Smartthings app its even easier! VocalBoost mode is so useful, especially at late night tv watching. The ATMOS is amazing. I live in a one bedroom flat so the performance quite bottlenecked because of the small space, i can only imagine how amazing it is in a bigger space where all the speaksers can project the sounds properly and give more surround sound.

I almost sent this back. Thank goodness I didn't! Having owned seperates for many years I am totally blown away by the Samsung Q990D. I was never happy with how Atmos sounded on my separates system . The sound this system pumps out is on another level. Not just sound but picture quality has also improved. I have been waiting years for something this good to come on the market. No wires just 4 plugs 1 for bar 1 each for rears and 1 for sub. They all connected to WIFI and the bar automatically connected to my WIFI router. Just plug and play. It will take some time to get used to this system and I will be taking my time to get used to it. I have downloaded Samsung smarter things app on to my phone. This lets you set up all of the 22 speakers this unit has! I fully recommend you use the app it all just works seemlessly together with the whole system. I can hear stuff I never knew was there in my Blu ray collection. Base could be a bit better with music. I intend moving the woofer around just to try to see if any improvement. Plenty of base with movies though. There is a handy small display screen to the left of bar. Tells you how it is connected and different sound modes . Great to see Dolby Atmos flashing up! Fantastic price from Amazon.

I like to think of myself as a little of a audio fan. Had separates most of my life from 70's onwards. All I can say is the sound of films and games has exceeded my expectations. Plug and play, and for the money I was not disappointed.

Easy to set up, sound is really nice and crisp, even better if equipped with Samsung TV, bass is strong without being distorted, the main sound bar is huge width wise so make sure you have a big TV cabinet (it's the same width size as my 55" Samsung TV) and i got it at a steal (under £1,000).

I was skeptical about this being as good as they say in all the reviews. Especially in the first week of trying when they just sounded OK. But they're excellent. Punchy, crisp and clear. When you have the right source the surround is wonderful. I'm no audiophile but I appreciate quality audio and this is that. The only thing and it's a limitation of physics, is the front speaker separation can't get wider than the length of that single soundbar. You can really hear it in the rear and some things sound like real objects moving around you. Integration with earc is great. One remote to control it all. App functionality with smart things app is nice but I don't use it much.

I bought this item for just under £1,000 and it's worth every penny. I have a fairly small room and the soundbar and subwoofer are not over-powering, but it does happily go loud if your neighbours are out. Very easy to adjust using the app remote, dialogue is clearer than ever and Dolby Atmos sounds unbelievable. It does create a much more engaging cinemaesque atmosphere and makes watching DVD's or streaming films a lot better. One thing you will notice if you buy one, the quality of audio with Virgin is poorer than say Disney+ but it does still sound great

Brilliant soundbar especially at this price, very powerful, easy set up, I had it up and running in 15 minutes most of that was unpacking it. You can’t go wrong. If your looking for a soundbar which has rear speakers? Must buy
