Great product. I use this for quick welding so I don't have to use my big welding machine.

Does the best job, it works amazingly for any job

What a cool item! Honestly, for the price, I don’t think you can beat it. At first, I thought it was total junk—but that was just because I had no idea how to weld. Once I got the hang of it, it was a lot of fun and great for piecing things together. The biggest downside is the included mask—it’s pretty much useless. It's a flimsy plastic one you have to hold with one hand, which is not safe or practical since you need both hands while welding. I’d highly recommend buying a proper welding helmet separately. In fact, they shouldn’t even include the mask—it gives a false sense of readiness. The instructions were also a bit unclear, but once you figure things out, the welder itself works really well. Aside from the mask issue, this is an excellent product for beginners or hobbyists.

It gets heavy to hold after a while. I'd opt to go with a standalone unit. Otherwise it works ok.

This thing awesome

This portable stick welder does not perform well. Not enough current to arc without sticking.. don't bother, you'll just send it back anyway.
