I LOVE this frother. I’ve recently started adding more protein into my diet, which occasionally means making smoothies with added protein powder. Having this product really makes it easy to blend the protein powder into milk and yogurt with no lumps. I also like making iced coffee in the summer, so I use the froth to whip up the milk a bit, butI don’t think I’ve ever had to use the high speed on this thing. Low and medium are strong enough to mix protein powder, and to froth up milk for my iced coffees. It’s so easy to use, and very easy to charge. It has a charging cord, but it doesn't come with a block to plug it in …still, I imagine we all have a couple of those lying around, don’t we? I also want to mention that I bought this as a previously purchased item. It’s the first time I did that, and I was a little skittish about it, but it was in pristine condition and it works like a charm. I have a feeling somebody else bought it, tried it out, but didn’t like it and returned it, so I got something that had been used once or twice. I gave it a really solid washing, even though it didn’t look like it needed it – just to be safe – but it is a great piece of equipment and was much less expensive than purchasing the brand new item. I might be looking into that as an option for appliances on Amazon in the future.

We enjoyed this product until after 2 months it stopped charging. The customer support process has been a nightmare. It is too bad. All they had to do is read my messaging properly and understand that I'm an electronics expert who properly troubleshooted (is that a word?) the issue. Instead, they keep coming back with inane and unnecessary requests, I believe an attempt to wear me down and quit pursuing this issue. Shame Shame Shame PS. I never write bad reviews. This is a first for me!! Update: After a painful but attentive support process, they finally agreed to replace the product. I hope they work on improving their customer service because it is a great product. Some simple fixes like response templates that do not sound like they are going through Google Translate would be a great start. To be clear, I speak highly of the product and would recommend it to anyone. Second Update: Buyer beware. This company is a big sham. They claim they sent a replacement but cannot provide me a tracking number. They claim Amazon confirmed delivery of a replacement unit but, again cannot provide me a confirmation. They have spend the last 30 days asking question after question in badly tranlated English (Google Translate can only do so much). Clearly this is a company that is focused on selling their crappy product to unsuspecting Americans and then when there is an issue, fall back into the fact that they are a half a world away and untouchable. Shame on Amazon for letting companies like this get away with this type of scam. I am a loyal Amazon customer but this one has shaken me because I seem to not have any recourse. I just keep getting BS automated customer service from Amazon and the vendor...Shame shame shame!!

This is a really great product. I purchased a battery powered whipper/mixer which cost under $10 and worked for about 35 days, then after replacing the AAA batteries, the on-off switch started acting up. I had to push on the switch to make it run. After another couple weeks the switch quit working entirely. I called Amazon and explained the problem and Amazon allowed me to return the item, even though it was past the 30 day return window. I then purchased the rechargeable whipper/mixer and I have to say it has worked beyond my expectations. I use it at least twice a day to mix my morning glass of psyllium powder into water. I used to do this using a spoon, and it was very difficult to get the psyllium to mix into the water, frequently getting lumps . With this unit it mixes the psyllium smoothly with no lumps. Also, I charged the unit once when it arrived the end of November and the battery kept it running until mid May. I also use it daily to mix collagen peptides into my coffee. Again it mixes smoothly and quickly. I am very happy with this product

I've only used this a few times and it works fine. I have not experienced any of the issues mentioned in some of the reviews thus far. And it, as yet, has not needed to be recharged - the power level indicator still lights green where the 'H' is. I would rate this 5 stars if a stand was included (the videos of the product show a stand so you would have had to read all the fine print to realize that a stand does not come with the product). In addition, it would be nice to have included a tool that cuts (see uploaded picture of one below which comes from a different frother). None of the existing tools really work well with eggs unless you first break the yoke and I feel the balloon whisk could have been a little less in size. The eggs will splatter unless you have a deep bowl to use the tool with them when trying to scramble eggs. The whisk will eventually break the yokes and scramble pretty well but initially the eggs just spin around for awhile. A variable speed control vs. a low, medium, high setting would be icing on the cake!

I use this frother every day and love it. It's small enough in my drawer, is really powerful, and the battery lasts forever! It is so easy to use.
