The printing quality is subpar, and I've received the same very poor print quality, Dark image twice, despite raising a replacement request earlier with specific corrections needed. It's unacceptable that I've had to go through this process twice, wasting my time and causing unnecessary hassle. The product doesn't meet my expectations, and I'm unhappy with the experience. The frame's poor quality has not only disappointed me but also ruined a special occasion I was planning to gift it for. I'm shocked that such a product was allowed to be sold on Amazon, and I'm worried that others might face similar issues. I'd like to request a full refund for the order and ask that you take necessary actions to ensure such products are not sold in the future. I've received this product with our couple images and exited to hang on wall, so I waited for technician to help to hang frame on wall, but the once they hanged on wall, the screw head was not suitable, he changed to small screw head. Now the frame felt down due to it was not adhesive properly. I couldnt find the frames hanging clip on line. Now I am totally disappointed.
