My wife & I are very happy with this. The facial expression and the entire statue looks great. We have just had it a few days. We can't comment on how well it holds up where we have it outdoors. It is a very light weight statue and should be stabilized in some way. We like the subtle 'sand' like color, the pose as well as the facial characteristics.

Perfect landscape feature for the yard. Great value and look. The best feature is made for the outdoors of resin and has a hollow body to fill with some river rock to hold it down. It has with-stood some severe weather, wind, hurricanes, and tornadoes near by...and has not moved. I placed it on a 14 inch square grey concrete block from the home improvement store.

Awesome! We filled with rocks and used rebar to stabilize in the ground, suggested by another reviewer. I have been looking for a large one for our Mary garden. It was a great price!

It is difficult to find taller Buddha statues that aren't ridiculously expensive and don't weigh a ton. It was still more than I wanted to pay, but the price was more reasonable than anything else I could find. I like that it is lightweight resin but doesn't really look like it is. I believe it has a plug on the bottom that you can remove and fill the statue with gravel or sand to weigh it down, if you need to. I bought it in the bronze, which is more of an antique bronze that kind of looks like a dark metallic gray. I was going to leave it this color, as I have black, brown, beige, and grey in the yard, but then I decided that it needed to "pop" a bit more against the fence and trellis behind it. I left the base the original color and spray painted the figural part copper. Now the statue coordinates better with a fountain I have elsewhere in the yard. I'm happy with the purchase.

I have been wanting a Mary statue for my yard for a long time. Just couldn't find the right one. Was a little skeptical in buying this one, but took a chance and was glad I did. The statue is a nice size and very light weight so it was easy to move around. Just needed to add sand to the base to weight it down. There is a plug in the bottom that is difficult to remove, but does come out using something to pry it up. Close up, you can tell it is plastic, but in the garden, it is absolutely beautiful. Great substitute for a heavy stone statue that costs way more.

Most of the St. Francis statues are small. This one is large enough to stand out among the plants. It is light before you add the gravel, but strong. It survived a very bad storm last weekend unmoved. It is just what I was looking for.
