It should be a zero rating. I opened the package and immediately realized the bottle was nearly empty. it did not spill during shipping as the box it arrived in was completely dry. This does not work and smells horrible. I have to order something different. I requested a return, but it can't be returned.

This product worked so well that I have no problem whatsoever using cheap K tips anymore. Ease to use, works fast. I will DEFINITELY purchase this again.

OMG this stuff is a life saver and money saver!! It works!!! Thank God I found this stuff because I did not have the money for salon removal. A little goes a long way if you have keratin tip extensions and need them removed this works! GET IT

This remover worked okay, not amazing, but it got the job done. The scent is nearly identical to rubbing alcohol, which makes me wonder if a cheaper alternative could deliver similar results. I used it alongside a flat iron to remove my keratin extensions, and thankfully, there was no stickiness or irritation, and little residue. Application was easy and mess-free, which I appreciated. If you're looking for a gentle, straightforward option and don't mind the alcohol-like smell, this might work for you. Just don’t expect salon-level magic.

10/10 removed the extensions so well!! I was scared seeing some other reviews but this worked so well. I still have almost a full bottle after taking out over 150 K-tips.
