The children’s vitamins are sticky and wet and the teen vitamins are hard
I am most sure if we got a bad batch or something but the kids vitamins were stuck and wet and my son tried them even though they did not smell goi and said they were funny tasting. I also bought the teen vitamins for my older son and his were hard and tasted worse than the children’s vitamins. My older son is not a picky eater I just wanted to ensure he was getting enough vitamins. I would not recommend . Maybe I just got a couple bad batches.
