Works VERY well. Using both pieces keeps my 80lb, 9 year old floating very well, and feeling very secure. With just the vest, my kiddo feels safe, but floats a little lower in the water, while still staying safe and floating - perfect for a nervous kid learning to swim! Using only the arm bands, my kiddo still floats safely, but allows my child to gain more confidence in the water. Works amazing for my 80lb child. He loves it, feels secure. I love knowing he's safe AND able to gain confidence and get used to being in the water.

Works great! Keeps the kiddo afloat, doesn't creep up while in use, and is much cuter than the old life jacket with the crotch strap. Within 10 minutes of putting this on my kids she was starting to swim around without fear of going under.

This is awesome. My kids are getting too big for normal puddle jumpers but they still want to go to the deep end freely. My kids are 5 & 6 years old and the heaviest one is 67 pounds. I would’ve liked to graduate off of these completely but we’re about to go on a week long beach vacation and I’m not messing around with the ocean without good life jackets/floaties. These fit their bigger kid bodies perfectly and have room left to grow. I’m glad we can take the arm floaties off if we want. It’ll give us a step down to weaning them off as they get better at swimming. The arms are still a little tight for them to get on and off.

my two year old loved using this during this summer. after watching cousins jump fearlessly into the pull with their vest my little had no problem. The only downside was trying to get him out of the pool

Love this vest. Our son wasn't overly keen on swimming in our pool but this Spider-Man design was certainly helpful. From a safety standpoint it checks most of the boxes and it's adjustable so good to use a few summers in a row.

Is the one arm hole supposed to look like this? I'm assuming I got a defective one... my son's are will not fit through the one side. Not sure how to reach out directly to seller.
