Very quiet even on the highest speed. I liked it so much that I bought two more! I keep it beside my bed and the sound does not disturb my husband. It is small enough that I can take it with me when travelling. The charge lasts a long time and it creates a strong breeze. The lanyard is handy too. Definitely would purchase again. This little fan is such a helper in the heat with on top of menopause and the medications i take, it really helps to have a breeze. The battery seems to last long enough and its helpful it foldsm i just wish the strap was a bit more comfortable.
