Cards are good, with thought provoking questions in the back and affirmations in the front. Cards could have been more sturdier for a longer use and.. most importantly the box they have provided should have been more sturdier to keep them properly while using daily. Overall, the affirmations and questions are really good that cover most of the aspects of the life.

It asked weird questions on the back of the cards. One side was inspirational but when you turned the card over it asked weird questions. one question was about death... I gave these out at my family Christmas party in gift bags. I hope no one was offended.

Useful affirmations . I have yet to come across a generic (I am wonderful) affirmation. I especially like that the reverse side has a thought-provoking question: "Do you ever show off, even subtlely to make others think better of you?" I find that the question side frequently asks questions that I have never or seldom asked of myself. This is annoying at times (when I don't particularly like what it reveals about my habits or attitudes) but most often useful in making me appreciate the good thinigs in my life.
