BEST GF FLOUR
The best gluten free flour I've ever used in the 16 years I've been gluten free due to wheat allergy. Works great in breads, cakes, banana bread etc. Doesn't taste weird and is NOT grains or chalky. LOVE IT

Great product
I just made my sugar-free Mini pumpkin pies and pecan for Thanksgiving, I never used this gluten-free flour before it worked out beautifully and it tasted fantastically! I highly recommend it

The best gluten free flour
I’ve tried a lot of gluten free flours and this one beats them all. Nice texture and flavor. I substitute this in all my recipes, simply using baking powder instead of soda for recipes. I’ve also mixed this flour with almond flour and it works fabulous for frying chicken.

Good but pricier
Worked like wheat flour. Just pricier. Seems likeGluten Free products are rapidly improving. Had some Miss Jones snickerdoodles that beat out any wheat flour cookie.

Every guest could eat this!
I used it cup for cup in a biscotti recipe and it was perfect. Maybe a tad more crumbly, but that is great for biscotti.
