Descubrí el spinefitter en una clase de pilates y me quedé sorprendida con los miles de beneficios que trae su uso así que me animé a comprarlo para uso personal. Valió completamente la pena ya que pude complementar ejercicios que aprendí en clase con los que hay en el canal de youtube!
