This dress is absolutely beautiful. The ruching is very flattering and gives the dress a sleek, fitted look without feeling tight or uncomfortable. For reference, I’m 5’2” and about 160 pounds, and the fit was incredibly flattering in all the right places. The material was lightweight and breathable, which made it comfortable to wear all day and night, yet it still felt high-quality and luxurious. This dress somehow manages to be sexy and elegant at the same time—very classy for a formal wedding while still making me feel confident and beautiful. The navy color photographed beautifully and felt timeless. I received so many compliments throughout the evening and never once felt restricted or uncomfortable. I tried this in XL in my quest for a jewel-toned bridesmaid dress. I tried lots of different brands at different price points from different retailers, and I was very surprised that this one was as nice as the ones that I tried from the bridesmaids' website that begins with "L." The cut and ruching were extremely flattering, even on my "mom bod," and the velvet had a nice weight to it. Unfortunately, the dark blue velvet looked almost black in person--too dark for my needs. Also, the XL was too large for me, but that was my fault for not being brave enough to order it in my true size (L). (I'm not used to wearing such fitted dresses and thought that I would be more comfortable sizing up. Order your regular size!) Finally, the slit is a little too high for a formal event like a wedding. I will keep this dress in mind if I ever want a full-length gown for a sexy date night. For reference, I'm 5'4", 161 lbs, 32DDD (US), size 12 (US), and the XL was too large for me in the bodice. I have a feeling that the L would have been perfect if I had decided to go with this dress. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that the length wasn't so excessive that I would need to have it hemmed. I was stepping on it when I tried it on without shoes, but I think that 2-to-3-inch heels would have been fine with it.

First off, this dress is gorgeous. The color/print is stunning, the material is nice and silky, I adore the neckline. But if you’re like me and you have an apron belly, it’s gonna show in this dress :( I included pics of myself from each side and from the front. I don’t think the sides are too bad, but I definitely notice my belly in the front picture, and that’s posed with tight shapewear on. I think it’s partially because of the placement of the ruching/crossover on my stomach. I’m 5’5” 210lbs 38DD and I’m usually a size 14 in dresses and 12 in jeans. I’m wearing size large here and it fits like a glove and is very stretchy. Straps are also adjustable. If you’re in between sizes, size down. I also tried this dress in the sparkly black size XL and I prefer how the large fits. Unfortunately I’ll be returning because it doesn’t flatter my body type, but if I lose 50 lbs I’ll be RUNNING back here to reorder this. Ordered a couple more dark colors hoping they’ll be a bit more forgiving. Definitely give it a try!

This dress was perfect, right out of the bag. No wrinkles or creases. I got navy blue velvet in medium, as suggested by size chart. I was on the upper end of the chart (37-29-39) but the dress fit like a glove without being too tight. It looks slimming. I'm 5'6" & it looks perfect with 3" heels. I could go with a higher or lower heel, but I'm happy with the dress length for me. The fabric is soft & luxurious. The color is a deep, dark navy that looked black in the package, but when you put it on, the dark blue shade is evident & very rich looking. I tried it on without a bra & it's fine if you don't like wearing one. It also works with a strapless bra (at least the one I have), which I prefer for the support. The only negative is the straps. They are very thin and delicate. They appear to be well sewn and look sexy on the dress but I hesitate to hang it by the straps. I want to avoid excess wear on them & decided to turn the dress inside out and fold it over a hanger. For the price, I'm super impressed. I'm wearing it with gold shoes, gold bag & jewelry - I think it looks like a million bucks. You could definitely style it with black or silver accessories but I just have gold & they work beautifully.

The dress size was accurate, and it fit beautifully. Received many compliments. Wore it for a New Years Eve Party. It was also comfortable to wear. Was able to dance all night in it!

No lo recomiendo, el corte esta raro y la tela no es para ese precio. A no ser que te sea urgente y no puedas salir, mejor date una vuelta a liverpool.
