Excellent tasting gluten free noodles. I couldn’t find this in the store recently, but was able to find on Amazon. Recently found a store that carries this & much less expensive. But if need in a hurry & can’t find, glad I saw on Amazon.

This pasta is so good even my husband loves it! The sauce coats it perfectly, soaking it with deliciousness. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best gluten free pastas I have tried. I have celiac disease and am extremely limited by what I can safely eat. Most gluten free pastas have a weird, gloopy texture. Jovial brand products have a very similar taste and texture to wheat based pastas. The trick is to ensure that they are NEVER overcooked. I usually stop the cook time on this pasta 30 seconds before it’s done just to ensure it doesn’t overcook, and has a nice al dente bite to it. Note, the Jovial cassava pasta is not the same. It tastes gloopy and mushy.

Terrific pasta, we love it. Use it in soups and pasta dishes.

Mafalda pasta is like tiny lasagna noodles and just what the beef and pasta skillet meal I wanted to make called for. It's gluten free and also doesn't have any derivatives of corn, if you need to avoid corn as well. This is a GF pasta that I can't tell is GF. Very good. Jovial brand pastas haven't disappointed me!

Serve immediately for best texture. S Don’t add cooked noodles to broth, soup, etc., until ready to serve for best results, because the noodles absorb the liquid; still delicious but not a firm texture
