Interaction with seller has been first rate. My inital contact (email) was just before NYE holiday and I was not expecting anthing until after the holiday week. Seller responded to my email with a message on New Year's Day. Was able to arrange for my custom logo without any delay due to the Holidays.Projector was delivered in a couple days, on time per info when I ordered.First impression is how impressed I was with how sturdy the projector felt. Felt very high quality and robust. Use is very simple and the remote makes it a breeze to turn on and off as well as activate the spin function of the logo. I will be using this in trade shows where I will not be able to easily reach to shut on and off so the remote function is very important.Picture quality is crisp and sharp. I used in a moderate light setting. Something similar to what might expect in a convention center trade show setting. Image was able to be thrown desired distance and still maintain clarity and sharpnessI have reached out to get additional lenses made and this process has been a breeze as well.I highly reccomend this projector as well as working with Arxenovath.

Absolutely love it. Looks great, and professional. Their customer service is very responsive, and on top of it. It did take 14 days for the gobo to arrive, but it was worth the wait.

Haven’t been able to use it, haven’t received the lens!. But they are responsive when you email them. And very helpful. Hope to be able to follow up with how amazing the product is when I receive the lens. If you order it order it a month in advance. So you can receive the lens before your event or whatever you are using it for.
