I carry around a good deal of anxiety and finally decided to take the step to learn more about the specific way stress is affecting me. This test was super easy to use; all the directions were clear and well-packaged. I received my results which indicated that my cortisol levels are extremely high in the morning. Rootine provided insights into my stress levels and ways I can manage them. I am eager to take the next step.

This is barely a cortisol test and just a way for this company to sell supplements that are not needed. Terrible login experience to just attempt to get your results from them where they ask 50 questions just again to tailor worthless supplements based on your insecurities. I should have just purchased the same test from Quest Diagnostics for cheaper, faster, and way less of a hassle. At least I would have received a medical interpretation ofy results and not pages of suggestions for supplements that are not needed. Please avoid this product and company

It might not seem easy to get enough saliva for this test when having no water 30 min prior but it gives you many tips on how to make the process easier. This is one particular test I’ve been so interested in learning more about when it comes to stress as I have two littles and just finished nursing. Thankful to be able to do this process at home!!
