I highly recommend this product
My doctor suggested Ashwagandha for sleep. I have read lots about Ashwagandha and its many great benefits but to have a doctor suggest was a positive thing over some sort of chemical medication. I ordered this product for all of the positive reviews. Well I highly recommend this product. It has helped my sleeping a great deal. with each an every day I take this product my level of sleep has increased, improved and the quality is very positive. This product is a very good investment and you get a great value for your money. The pills are a bit large but take with plenty of water you will enjoy the positive benefits Ashwagandha has...

Great Price and Quality
I was not expecting to notice much of a difference in my general demeanor, but after two weeks I've noticed a dramatic reduction in general anxiety, I've experienced sharper focus for longer periods of time, and I haven't experienced any negative effects. I wouldn't say these are easy to swallow, but they are probably average in size. I chose this brand for its low cost. I'm impressed.

Game changer
It's been a game-changer for my sleep. I finally got some real rest, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated in the morning. My mood's been better too, less stress, more vibes 😊. The price is super budget-friendly, great value. The only thing is, the dosage is 3 tablets, which is a lot to swallow. Would've loved it in a more manageable dose. DONT take of Hyperthyroid
Warning! Do NOT taupe if you have hyperthyroid!!! Didn’t know this and had sever heart palpitations for 6hrs. Coming down now as I write this. Pr ally great stuff but again do NOT take if you are hyper thyroid period!!!
