It's perfect. Adjustable pressure is great. I have hEDS and sometimes need to be held together. Glad to have this.

I bought this belt to help with sciatica pain and it seem to work well and does not slip. Beware the small is very large and I usually use a large size and the small is almost to big, i think it more one size fits all. The belt is comfortable and I can wear it most all day, the only thing is it does get hotter than the skinner belts out there. overall a good product for the price and does a good job with supporting your back. I would buy again.

It fits well and I love the ice pack that came with it. You can also put the pack in the microwave for heat.

Best product for SI joint

Not as described. Belt was extremely loose and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend

The belt kept riding up on my hips so I didn't get the pressure on the SI joint that I needed.

I love this hip brace! If you ever need one, this one is nice. It also comes with an ice pack that fits on either side of belt, in a place made for it which is super nice to have. If you have ever tried to ice thst area you know it isn't easy! I highly recommend it

Works great

I've been using this for over a month. It fits comfortably on 38" hips would probably stretch several inches further. The velcro fasting holds well. When I intend to play golf or do any lifting in the garden I increase the tension using the adjuster straps. It seems well made with no obvious defects appearing so far. Unfortunately there are no washing instructions. I cannot comment on whether it works other than to say that I am generally more mobile and have less pain but that could also be due to the physio!

This was a useless item. I have EDS so my joints constantly try to pop out of socket— worst Is the hip. Got this hoping it would help stabilise my hip. Nope. Absolutely useless item. Returned it.
