I love this laptop. Its super fast, smooth ,very reliable and the touch screen works like a charm. The only minus is the loud noise of the fan. But this problem can be solved by going into the BIOS and enabling (the fan always on) option. Which for the most part keeps quite. I would also recommend buying an external laptop cooling pad. I have found that the cooling pad in conjunction with fan always on setting keeps the computer very quite, And the awesome thing about the cooling pad is that you don't even have to keep it plugged in all the time, I just keep it on long enough for the laptop to cool off which you can tell by the silence of the laptops internal fan. Another downside is the lack of storage space, but this problem can easily be solved by buying a 256 or 512GB SD Card for some additional space. Which fits like a cinch in the laptops SD card slot. But beside the noise and storage issues, the laptop is phenomenal, its a great sleek looking machine with a gorgeous silver metallic finish. And it is very light and portable, you wont have any problem packing it into your backpack for school, work or whatever. Overall i highly recomend this laptop. And at the great price you really cant beat it.

It looks great. It is just a lot smaller than I thought it would be . It is very slim and lightweight. The key board is a little louder than I would like it to be. But it will definitely serve it’s purpose!

I would purchase again. It works well and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I specifically ordered this laptop based off nearly a solid 3-4 days and asking questions about “can it run multiple monitors” and if it had the rj45 Ethernet port to connect a hardline instead of wifi. When we got the laptop, it looked decent, powered up fast and operated great, but after we tried to connect a cat 6 cable, SURPRISE no port! Also the usb c port was on the opposite side of the laptop. Second issue: We purchased a HP USB C mini dock hub to be able to run two external monitor for a working multiple documents. The hdmi port allowed a second single monitor, but no way to add an additional monitor via usb c output for this laptop, only HDMI was usable. After spending 2 solid days trying to troubleshoot the issues, and spending time with HP technical, they determined it was a hardware issue with the laptop. We did a return due to too many issues and “not as described” problems with this inaccurate listing. Overall performance seemed ok. Keyboard wasn’t backlit and unable to see in dark areas. Made a fair amount of noise. Cooling fans didn’t seem too noisy, as this was a common complaint on other reviews. Touchscreen display seemed ok, nice thought but seemed a bit laggy to respond at times. Overall feel compared to a current MacBook, this feels cheap and perfect for a kid but not a business tool. Bought due to needing a windows based product for a job.

This thing is a beast for the price! Even though I haven’t used the SD card adapter (I cannot figure it out for the life of me), the speed and battery life are amazing! I’m able to comfortably run the Sims 3 as well as have an open browser and music playing with little to no issues. I got it 20% off but I wouldn’t hesitate to pay full price knowing what I do now.

Great laptop for home! Impressive performance with speedy boot up and glitch free overall. The only improvement could be the mechanical design of the screen. Would have been great if the screen could be flipped like Lenova Flex! We hardly used the touch functionality of the screen.

En general la lap funciona bien, abre los programas rápidamente, se utiliza para clases en linea, ver series y trabajos escolares para prepa. Se ve de buena calidad, es necesario cambiar la configuración a español. El usuario esta feliz. No emito valoración de juegos ya que no se compro para ese fin.

Estéticamente es muy agradable, es veloz y funciona con todos los programas comunes de oficina, no le he cargado juegos pesados porque no quiero saturar el SDD de 128 gb, le quite el modo de Windows S y funciona perfecto. Muy recomendable.

Buena laptop, cumple con todo. Buena pantalla, buen sonido y rápida. Aunque el teclado está en inglés y, no tiene la letra "ñ" pero no me arrepiento de la compra.
