A great toothbrush, very effective, and the battery lasts a long time. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I had to return it and reorder a new one. I encountered the same charging issue with both orders: the first charge straight out of the box never completed and kept blinking instead of turning solid green, even after leaving it on the charger for 10 hours or more. It seems to be a batch issue or a manufacturing defect, as it happened with two different orders and devices.

It broke after 2 weeks battery is not charging and it’s horrible product Total waste of money

Guys please don't buy this, I bought 2 and both of them don't work. Battery issues

It didn’t work just out of the box tried all trouble shooting the manual mentions but no luck

I have had my amazon account since 2010, so 14 years, and this is hands down the best purchase I have made. More than the $2k macbook pro I have bought on here, mattresses, bedroom sets, anything I have bought on amazon does not compare to the greatness of this toothbrush. I am at university full time and work full time so I do not waste my time writing reviews, this is worth a review. I am 27 yo and have face many difficulties in life trying to put myself through school without support, because of this my teeth went 6 years without any dental care, which cause me to have one of my molars removed and I also have a couple of cavities I still need filled. While I save up to get the two fillings and literally over 20 of my other teeth resealed, I have been stepping up my dental care to keep my teeth from getting worse. I saw a couple of tech youtubers review this toothbrush and was like you know might as well try it, it beats the other $200 alternatives. The charging is beautifully designed and works amazing. The way that its a wireless charging in a way, means that its waterproof and can go in the shower without fear of it breaking. The cleaning itself leave my teeth feeling buffed, I actually had to turn it down a little because it made my gums bleed from how much it cleans. Another important thing, is the fact the brush heads are AFFORDABLE to replace, which I grantee that is not the case with other brands. The charging btw is also fast, there was one day before school the battery had died, I set it on the charger for 5 minutes while I got dressed and I came back and it had plenty of juice to brush my teeth thoroughly. Thank you! Please stay in business, and lets hope you do not get bought up by some big monopoly company. ❤

This is the most incredible electric toothbrush experience money can buy. It’s pricy but oh my goodness is it worth it. It feels like I just got out of the dentists chair every time I finish brushing. The toothbrush itself feels very premium with its solid build quality and Apple-like haptics. The Magsafe-esque charger adds to the magical experience of it all too. It leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh for hours. Will never use another toothbrush again.

Great product that cleans my teeth very well. I like the app but have only used it once to set the settings and a timer for my brushes. For that alone, I rate this product very highly. It cleans very well and it has a very long battery. So far I've very please with the product and hope that it'll last me a long time.

The best electric toothbrush I have owned. Effective cleaning action, great quality brush heads, adjustable vibration and oscillation, lasts ages between re-charges. Quality product. Makes high profile brands (Colgate, Oral-B and Phillips) look overrated and cheaply made.
