This video card worked as expected. I have a 15 year old computer that was very lacking when it came to recording streaming video with an AMD Radeon video card. This card changed that from poor quality to very good quality.

This is an unbranded "plain vanilla" graphics card that uses the NVIDIA GTX 750Ti chip. There were no instructions or other papers in the box. I inserted it into the PCIEX 16 slot on the mother board, connected the monitor to the correct plug on the rear of the chip, turned the computer on and it worked great. I did a "check for updates" on my Windows 11 computer and an updated NVIDA software driver was downloaded and installed. Two things of note, it uses two windows on the back of the compute (see picture) and I only used it for pictures text documents. I did not use it for gaming.

Working well in Windows XP era computer. I Like the low power draw and good performance it provides for older computers, have used it in computers running windows XP, Vista and Windows 10 without issue. Its also a legit 750ti, removed heat sink and compared the chipset numbers with Nvidia and its good.

when you first install windows it works with the "microsoft basic display adapter" driver, but not with the actual driver that makes the card function the way it's supposed to.... maybe it needs an older version of that driver? not sure.

Perfect for my intended use (HTPC/Retrogaming PC using legacy components). Needed something better than integrated graphics to run some emulators (PS2, N64), a discreet GPU with low power requirements, low temperatures, low noise, and low cost. Considered a generic RX550, eventually decided on this one. Pros: - GPU is still supported by NVIDIA. - Windows 10 recognized and installed latest driver immediatelly, no issues. - First generation Maxwell, amazing energy efficiency, low temperature. - No external power requirement. - Affordable. Cons: - Fan runs at full speed all the time (two-wire connection to card). Fan shroud is easily removable. Replaced it with a couple of 120mm fans connected with PCI bracket. Benchmarked and stress tested, temperatures never reach 70C. I'm happy.
