Tried many carpet under lays this is the best

This wasn't cheap. For my normal sized rug it was nearly £50. But I love the rug which was getting wrecked by its movement and subsequent stood in creases. I don't know how this work but it does. It's a Persian rug in a high traffic room on thick pile carpet. And now it doesn't move. I don't know how. I'm not sure how it would respond to chairs being dragged or wheeled etc but I've done workouts on it and it hasnt budged. Amazingly I had just 3cm strip spare which I put under equally annoying hallway runner which is on floorboards (which this isn't even designed for!) and now this barely moves. It was literally a 3cm off cut. Def worth the money if you really like your rug.

This is really good stuff. I had to buy slightly bigger and cut it down. The rug stays put with maybe very slight mm movement. It cost more than the rug did but worth it. The off cuts I used for under the doormat - rubber (barrier mat) on carpet. It works! The smaller odd bits went on 4 corners of a bedroom rug. So I had no waste. Its not sticky and doesnt leave a mark. Its attaches like a soft velcro but like carpet underlay.

Wonderful product

When I first got it, I would have given it five stars as it held the mat firmly on the carpet tiles. However, after a few months and some dirt it has lost its stickiness and the dreaded creep has returned - though not as bad as without foxi. I tried washing it as suggested on the web. It washed OK and still feels sticky, but no improvement on the creep. Given it's designed to live on the floor, I'd expect it to cope with some dirt rather better than it has. It wasn't industrial strength dirt, just domestic.

Bought a large rug to go on existing carpet this holds the rug so it doesn’t move at all even when vacuuming although expensive it was worth it

I bought this because our rug wouldn’t stay still and we kept tripping over it. We had tried other solutions but nothing worked. This one is significantly more expensive than the other options but it is definitely worth is as the rug hasn’t moved at all since using it. The instructions are clear and it is easy to cut with a good pair of scissors.
