Hello Bookbag1. to answer your question does liquid go inside the bottle... NO, the bottle size is 1 1/8" large I think. So nothing is going into that bottle, plus it's all plastic with no opening. Hope you found this helpful.

Is there anywhere to get replacement bottles when lost?

Unfortunately I haven't found any at all. My daughter uses the other bottles from her other pets and baby dolls.
