As a nurse, I'm really skeptical when it comes to this kind of product. In fact, I'm brutal in my reviews and don't hold back. It's a GenX thing! That said...I AM ADDICTED TO THIS STUFF! Omg, I was not expecting the results. I take this first thing in the morning the second I wake up, it's on the nightstand. Under the tongue and just hold it for about a minute or so and swish it around as I'm headed to the bathroom...because anything sublingual works better and faster. This stuff, I can't get enough! And it tastes great, which is something I was worried about. I've seriously notice a difference in my energy, mood and cognitive process if I don't take it...I keep a bottle in my purse and in my med bag just in case. And my regular aches and pains are greatly decreased, I take a little shot before bed and I notice that anti- inflammatory benefit in the morning...and I just wake up feeling better, clearer. I've got almost all my doc and nurse coworkers on it... and they love it! If there was any supplement I would put my stamp of approval on, it's this! Ok Hunny, gold in a bottle!!! This elixir really is magic. You're supposed to do two droppers a day and even starting off with one I noticed a difference within a couple of days. It tastes delicious and I really do feel more clarity, more energy, and that I'm getting great health benefits from it. It's easy to use the dropper as it's marked. I don't know if it has affected my sleep much but I don't feel nearly as much brain fog as I have been so I'm hoping it clears up as I continue to use this product. Highly recommend!

This should be at the pharmacy! Very strong with clear noticeable results! Clarity! Consistency! Focus! Only thing is I stay up late…. But when I do sleep it’s a good sleep! Try it but take it consistently

I really haven't felt much of difference like in the advertising commercials, even with the combination with the gummies. The drops do leave a after taste like most vitamins.
