I am in love with this chair I bought the rocking chairs. The instructions were clear but very time consuing to put together if you use the tools it came with (which we did). However, the chairs are amazing, comfortable, and works well around our pool. We will buy more.

It’s big enough for me to curl up in, yet small enough to fit nicely in the corner of my room. It looks and feels pretty durable too, much sturdier than I expected. Plus, to my surprise, it was really easy to put together! A quick setup guide for my fellow short people (I did it by myself!): Start with the bottom panels, the seat. Place the two bottom panels on the floor with the open sides facing down. Prop one panel up against something sturdy, like your bed frame. Attach the panels Gather 8 washers, 4 long screws, and 4 nuts. Have everything set out. Find the middle attachment points and loosely connect the two panels there first, following the instructions. Then attach the ends the same way. Don’t fully tighten yet — just enough to hold them in place. Do the same for the top panels Place the top panels open-side down and connect them at the middle, then the ends. Again, don’t fully tighten the screws just yet. Now you’ll have two half shells Set both halves open-side down so they form a turtle shell shape. Line up the connection points between the top and bottom shells. I used the floor and propped one side against the bed, held the other with my knee, and worked from the middle outward. Tighten everything Once all parts are loosely attached and aligned, tighten everything fully. I did this before adding the legs, which made it easier. Flip it and move it The hardest part was flipping it over and moving it into place.

Durable, Comfortable, and I love this chair.

After reading reviews of several different egg chairs, I decided to pick this one because it had the best reviews and several purchases. I am very pleased with this chair and have very few negative comments. PROS: It is very stable (for now - I’ll update this review if anything changes), the size is perfect for young adults, it does not weigh too much and easy to move around! The cushions are somewhat fluffy but after sitting for about 20-30 minutes it starts to be a bit uncomfortable. This can easily be fixed with additional pillows or throw blankets. Unsure about water resistance, but I will update that. The color is just as described and I am very happy with my purchase! It is very cute and the perfect addition to a patio/balcony/bedroom etc. CONS: Overall, I chose to give 4 stars instead of 5 because I truly think it’s a wonderful product. However, as the reviews suggested, the assembly is a nightmare!! It’s not entirely back-breaking, but it definitely was not simple. DEFINITELY do it with another person, I promise it will make your life ten times easier. I also recommend assembling it all together with LOOSE screws and then after completing it, go back and tighten everything so you can line everything up. My next concern is the back end/side of the chair. Though it fits well, something was either bent in transit or just made poorly. One side fits perfectly but the other side has a small gap (I’ll include pictures). My last concern is the wicker surrounding the chair. The metal beams that hold things in place are wrapped tightly with the bamboo (plastic?) and the bottom of the chair is very sturdy. However, the tape that strings from beam to beam seems to be made very cheaply and I am worried about durability. A few pieces also came slightly bent but not bad enough to be the end of the world. ALSO, one of the strings/tape was wrapped around the beam where the screw was supposed to fit so that was very difficult to get around but I made it work! I used a small handheld electric screwdriver to assemble everything. It would be absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to hand tighten everything and it would take hours. I would not recommend using a large drill because it would not fit in the grooves to reach the screws. Something small and narrow will do the trick. SUMMARY: Overall, this is a great product. Size is perfect, color is perfect, doesn’t weigh too much and looks incredible. There were some downsides: difficult assembly, questionable comfortability, one piece is unaligned, and the plastic tape does not seem extremely durable.

Do not recommend!!! Most of the bolts do not fit, the directions are not! Absolutely not!! Easy to follow; it uses pictures but the picture do not show what you need to see, no direction on which way to put on the rocking rails. For the amount of money this cost one would expect it to fit together properly, it doesn’t. I wish I hadn’t wasted money on this hunk of junk. Wish I could return it but it’s not possible. I absolutely HATE this chair.

I really wanted a chair that I could curl up in, sit criss cross Apple sauces in, rock back and forth, and get swallowed by it swim all angles. THIS Is It!!! The curves to it are perfect, the cushions are well done and enough to not feel the structure. The side curves work great for putting your legs up on them and it’s very well made. The size is just right. You could sit in the chair with a child. I would buy this 100 times again. Very impressed! A few things to note: 1) was it time consuming to put together yes. You get all the tools but the screws go in awkward places that make it not easy to just screw on. You have to find a rhythm and go with it. 2) I am not going to use the extra piece for your feet. I was never going to add it on as it seem like some could trip on it. I like my own that I have. 3) the last pieces to add on was very difficult BUT I found a solution to mask it easy. All the pieces do fit perfectly. So my is to first screw in all screws just a little bit to get that section started. Then go back and screw then in tight. So this for all sections. Secondly, the legs of the chair. Add the first legs AND DO NOT add the back ones yet. Add the banana shape rocker piece to the front legs, then at the back leg to the banana piece. Then the last thing you will do is add the back legs. Again, screw in each one a little bit so they all go in then tighten them all. Worked great! I followed the directions step by step and the rocker banana piece was off by almost an inch. There was no way of getting it screwed in. This is key I promise! Again… love the color, shape and depth of the egg. You actually do rock back in it and do not fall forward like one I purchased before this one. It’s not super heavy and again seem sturdy! Small update: I have it in a VERY Sunny spot, FULL sun all day, and the color has faded a bit. (See photo) I do have a cover on it even if rain is in the forecast. Eventhough it is rain proof and it really is. But the color has faded and only noticed from the crease. Not a big deal and the color is still gray. Just something to note.

Comfortable and attractive

It seems stable but for the price the quality could be better. There were pieces falling off coming straight out of the box. This was extremely hard to put together, and you definitely need 2 people- like other reviews have said there are pieces that don't match up, and there are holes that weren't drilled. The screws they provide you are the WORSE, they are hard to tighten and don't tighten all the way. The height is smaller than expected, and the cushions are okay. This chair is not at all comfortable..wouldn't purchase this again.maybe it’s because the chair is smaller than expected and im tall so my back hurts while sitting in it
