Best Product on the Market...no joke!! I'm a mom of 3 very active boys and these are our go to snacks to keep my boys fueled with good clean protein. This is the real deal Moms! Real food for on the go families! My husband and I were driving to the gym yesterday and he was suddenly hungry right before a workout. I told him I had some FFF in my bag and he went right to that. This was a life saver in the early days after RNY. My new stomach couldn’t handle my supplements or protein so this was the only nutrition I was able to get in the beginning. With a crazy work and home schedule they are excellent for keeping around on those busy days to prevent you from eating something lousy for you! Taste excellent, even the chocolate banana, and I don’t enjoy chocolate!

These are pretty good! I like the ingredients/vitamins/protein in them. They contain whey protein isolate (and also milk -- so be aware if you have any allergies). They have the taste and consistency of baby food, and are pretty easy to squeeze out. My kids don't care for them (probably because they know they are healthy). But I like them after a workout or as a healthy snack. I find they help curb your appetite as well, and don't have a lot of calories (so if you are trying to lose weight, it may help keep you from snack-binging. Lol).

As advertised , flavors are an acquired taste

I enjoy my fuel for fire in between workouts, after a workout or when i'm traveling for a snack. Its my go to protein! Great flavors especially the sweet potato! Its just enough to satisfy your hunger or feed your muscles after a workout or as a snack.
