Wow—almost like the real thing! The texture and flavor are spot on. I don’t think anyone at dinner would’ve known if I hadn’t spilled the secret. Italy did it again.

I received those gluten-free orzo pasta They taste good if you cook it right when you boil it in the water, the water gets really starchy, but once you’re done boiling it, rinse it well with cold water and it will be really tasty I used mine to make orzo salad, but they will be delicious in soup as well.

The texture and quality are perfect. For a gluten free pasta this is really top of the line. The pricing and quantity is something that makes me second guess buying. Not much product for that price point.

Delallo orzo is gluten-free and delicious. I like it with butter and plenty of Pecorino Romano grated cheese.

These "noodles" were so good. Very comparable to actual noodles. They aren't grotty/grainy or too soft like other gluten free brands. Definitely recommend and will be ordering again!

I have to eat gluten free and I really missed orzo. I thought I'd never eat it again. I'm so glad I was wrong. This orzo is top quality. The flavor is amazing.. My husband can't believe it's gluten free. I love how easy it is to make. It re heats very well. I cook it in broth for 12min then finish with heavy cream and parmesan it's fabulous.

I use this mostly in a lemon chicken orzo soup. It’s delicious!
