I bought a Craftsman battery operated fan which came with no power cord. This adapter set to 20v works perfectly.

I purchased this for my 90 year old neighbor’s Radio Shack electronic organ. Her keyboard wouldn’t turn on and this power supply worked. I was impressed with the selection of connectors and easily found the right one to use. Good quality. Knowing the versatility of this item, I will purchase it again for my power supply needs.

It's good and does the job, but be warned that you cannot change the polarity on this. Ensure you device has a positive center pin before purchasing. Seems like a miss in product design as it would be easy to have a polarity switch on the unit itself. I do like how you cannot change the voltage without a screwdriver (or the provided key). It prevents little ones from blowing things up! The other issue is that if you are connecting it to a power board it will likely cover other sockets due to the vertical layout.

This little unit came in very handy for my powered antenna amplifier (from one of those TV ads that featured a powered antenna, that FAILED to provide one for the U.S. outlets, and failed to respond to emails and phone calls). This one has a positive lock for the voltage settings, and includes a key to switch the settings. It's also got plenty of adapters to fit a variety of connections. Be sure that what you are needing it for uses a negative outer ring, and positive inner pin. This is vital for usage, so it doesn't damage what you're plugging it into. For the price, this thing is worth it.

I hooked this up to a big, old floor standing, battery operated time clock about two months ago and it is working very well.

As a woman, I am not "drawn" to electronics. However, I have a transistor radio (yes, in this era of iPhones this is historic!). It is battery operated, but I discovered the little input "the female" on the side. With a little bit of research on amazon, that returns fantastic results, I was able to locate this product. The set I ordered has several different heads, "males" and one of them fit right into the hole in my radio. Now I can enjoy the little radio, right by my side, without having to turn on the big stereo. There is something to be said about having a radio right by my side, within my reach. And, the adapter helped achieve this result. I don't know, however, what I will do with the other adapters, since I don't see any use for it at the moment. I will try to sell it on eBay. Or Craigslist. Thank you for the quality product and making my life so much more enjoyable!

I needed an adapter for a Hallmark Magic Ornament. I found the appropriate end that matched the port on the ornament. I plugged it in and.... nothing! I was dismayed. But then I noticed there is a voltage setting on the back. I used the provided tool (great addition to this set) and changed the voltage dial to match that of the ornament. And plugged it in and away it went. This adapter has many uses and was half the price of what Hallmark would have sold me. I am sure I will use it often as it can power many different things with all the adapter ends and the voltage settings!

had potential but falls short of being a convenient item. It's comes with a small key needed to change the Volt settings. which is annoying to use so i just used a phillips flat head. If you really need to use it for multiple items it just gets annoying. though i kept it because i needed it mostly just for a single item.
