Samsung Galaxy A15 (SM-155M/DSN), 128GB 6GB RAM, Dual SIM, Factory Unlocked GSM, International Version (Ring Grip Case Bundle) (Yellow)

So far - so good. I have 2 phone lines (one business and one personal). Prior to purchasing this phone, I used 2 Smartphones: Samsung A13 and Samsung A14. I grew weary of having to haul around 2 pieces of hardware and I had been looking for an affordable 2-SIM Android. I picked this one up on Amazon a few weeks ago, and ... so far - so good. It accommodates both Google accounts, and allows me to prioritize one SIM over the other for general use. It seamlessly copied over the files, apps, setup configuration, look and feel from my prior phone. The SIM tray is great! -Because the SIM cards **snap** into place with little fear or movement and slippage. The only one drawback I have experienced is that the SIM tray will take either 2 SIMs, or a combination of 1 SIM and 1 SD card. The internal memory is only 128GB, so if you have bulky files/folders you may want to inquire about larger internal memory capacity - or grab a USB C dual flash drive (which is what I did: 128 GB flash for $10). I am a Samsung guy, and have been since 2002, and I like to keep it simple. Great Basic Samsung technology at a suitable smart price.

The dual SIM feature is great for managing work and personal numbers, and being factory unlocked GSM means I can use it with any carrier worldwide — perfect for international travel. If you're planning to use it with MetroPCS, just give them a call so they can add your phone to their network — it's a quick and easy process. The phone feels solid and stylish, and the yellow ring grip case bundle adds both protection and a pop of color, making it easy to hold and stylish to carry. Overall, an excellent device that offers great value, performance, and versatility. Highly recommended!

Updating: I originally thought that this phone wouldn't really work on Ting's networks. Trying again just now, I realized that it will indeed register, but once I put the SIM card in, it takes maybe 12-24 hours to be recognized. Weird. It is doing cell data, which is great. It's probably 4G or slower, as a guess, but that's good enough for me. If you're a Ting user, you should consider buying the Samsung A16 5G phone on their site (currently $199). Might be more future-proof. This phone looked nice, and in many ways is. But I missed that it's a GSM phone. GSM is an semi-obsolete technology. This phone comes pre-configured for Spanish language. Others have said that it works well in Columbia. I cannot speak to that. Unfortunately, once you've put your personal details into the phone, you can't return it, if you care about security.

I bought this phone over a year ago and I have had zero problems with it. It is compatible with boost mobile, which is my service. But it is unlocked and will work with any service, and its reasonably priced.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Samsung product and price.. Ease of use: do not buy this phone if you plan to use roaming data, this phone will only connect to lte and will not run any apps on the phone if not on wifi. will not connect to AT&T system. calls and texts work ok, but no roaming data. bought it for my elderly mother, who tried to use it at Mass for daily reading and was unable to connect to the app. She thought it was user error, it was not. by the time I realized it would not work because of the phone not the app, it was too late to return.

As an Apple user I tasted Android’s OS possibilities via a budget tablet and this $130 tablet literally impressed me (AlldoCube Iplay 60 mini pro). So now looking into Android’s budget smartphones to meet my Audio streaming demands. So yeah, impressed with A15 as it can do things I’m looking for. My objective is not IPhone replacement but an android access to other technicalities. I can confirm against what it may be said on YouTube reviews, Samsung A15 5G streams via LDAC codec if one’s need. Now the A15 itself is good if you’re looking for a budget phone. I’ll be moving to A25 5G refurbished as my main phone will remain Apple.
