A Steal!!
I was skeptical at first but these have been my holy grail! I have a copper IUD which = even more of a heavier flow then I have ever experienced on a normal period. These panties combined with ultra pads and tampons have saved me from soaking through my jeans mid day. They’re comfortable, soft, breathable. They fit perfectly and feel lightweight. There is a large absorbency panel and I feel secure and covered all day. I haven’t worn them without a pad or a tampon, but they definitely do a good job at catching and absorbing what does leak out from my flow being so heavy. They’re study and good quality and for the money you can’t beat it. Definitely recommend!

Great quality! Money Saver! Love Them!
These panties are great! I have been wearing incontinence disposable briefs and they aren’t sturdy or reliable and cost a bundle. These Hanes washable briefs are so nice! I just put my pad in the reinforced crotch area and can wear them all day and just replace the pad as needed. I have bought 3 sets now! Quite the money saver and so comfortable.

Good, and affordable.
They are good. The size is right on, softness is there. I do like having period underwear as a back up to a reusable cup, and on light days just being free. I have 2 pairs of thinx which are like $30 a piece and now 6 pairs of these, I bought on sale for $14.95 for a three pack- even at full price at $20 still much more affordable than thinx. The thinx do feel a little more comfortable on the bum and are more seamless as the outside seem only goes to the crotch, and the bum seam goes all the way up, but without showing any seams on the bum. The thinx absorbent piece is also a little more thin, but still really effective. These Hanes absorb well, are comfortable, AND affordable. This is the biggest factor for me. Although, they are slightly less comfortable than thinx because of the seam across the bum, and the slightly thicker absorbent area in the crotch. Not enough for me to return them and spend $30 a piece on thinx. Maybe if you’re a leggings everyday kind of girl you will run into trouble with the seam, but while feeling it a lot at the start of the day you get used to it. Still more comfortable and more seamless than a large pad.

Comfortable fit
Super comfortable and fits well. I am 5’2 and 124 pounds and I tried a large which was loose so I may try medium next since. I like the fit which is good for people who have been pregnant and/or have wide hips. Great for periods or for leakage. I like the cotton which is very comfortable.

Smell is weird but good
They work well as period underwear but the smell is unpleasant. At first I thought someone had wornn them and somehow returned them because of the smell. However, I bought several packs and they all smell like that. Other than that, they are soft and comfortable. They don't roll down or leave any weird bunching under pants or anything. They are super high waisted and come up to my belly button. They don't leak either. If you can look past the smell, they are great!

Comfort and peace of mind!
These are really good for my purposes. As I’ve gotten older, I have leaky issues. They fit very comfortably, and the various colors work well for me. Well made and absorbent for light leakage, no one can tell I’m wearing these. Will be buying more!

They worked and are comfortable
im 5'2 135-140lbs 6-8 in jeans, size med. normally and purchased sz med in these. first time/day trying period underwear of any kind but as of now, I would buy these again. Even if i dont ditch the tamps completely having a pair of these to keep stashed in the car/locker/purse etc for an emergency could really come in clutch and is therefore worth the buy material feels like typical hanes cotton fabric. waistband is comfortable and stretchy. they are high waisted, just as pictured, but i personally roll them down to more of my prefered bikini style and even rolled a few times they're still very comfortable on the stomach/hips/waist. the leg holes fit securely enough to not be worried about leaks but stretchy enough to not be tight. i see what ppl are saying about the seam across the butt being rough, however ive been sitting in bed all day and it hasn't bothered me too bad. most importantly they did the job intended while keeping everything feeling clean and dry for about 10 hours on day 2 of my cycle

Before purchase and judging off of a 4 star rating please read.
I got these for an absolute steal. So shout out the seller and Amazon for that. Anytime a girl/woman doesn’t need to use a single use item that’s becoming more expensive by the minute- the better. That said…. Other reviews I read before purchasing noted that sizing was problematic. That wasn’t my experience as an athletic/thin body type female. The fit isn’t the issue for me. For context I go between a size 3,4 or 5 in jeans. A small fits I think as it should. No different than any other Hanes underwear would in my honest opinion. My only complaint (and ultimate problem) is how wide the crotch area is. Literally the crotch area folds over near the inside part of the upper most interior thigh and that’s where the leak occurred. Ultimate bikini zone mayday! Laugh if you want, but we’re leaving for church and I felt a familiar arch nemesis trickle down my leg. Eeeekkkk! They’re very comfortable for sleeping. After experiencing what I did today, probably would be best for back or stomach sleepers because of how wide the crotch area is. Will I keep these? Yes. Will I use them routinely? Also yes. Do I trust them fully? Absolutely not. Please note: the seams will show through thinner clothing. That could stand improvement moving forward. Hanes says they’re for “heavy flow”. I am in my 40’s and maintain that “heavy flow” is a subjective term. For me (for reference ONLY) I can go through a regular pad or tampon in 2/2.5 hours on day 2 and 3. IYKYK. These leaked for me the morning of day 2. Where as an Always Size 5 pad on day 2 and 3 will last me 4 to 5 hours. I am not sure I trust the “heavy flow” part. But again, last night (day one) I slept like a baby using these. It really was quite wonderful. By my estimates, I would need 3-4 maybe 5 pairs to make it through day two and day 3. So 10 pairs total for me MAX. Probably 2 pairs for day 1 and day 4 and day 5. I have no clue about other period panties and their absorption rates if they’re any different or not, but 15-16 pair to make it through 5 days of a menstrual cycle seems excessive to me. That’s just me though. Your experience and flow will be unique and different. Overall: Not a bad purchase, worth a shot in trying if they’re on sale and you know your Hanes size before hand. Probably over-rated in absorbency by the manufacturer.
