This was one of the best gifts I could have ever bought. I bought it for my 3 years old. I was worried she’d be too young as It’s a one time experience but all phases of hatching are nicely paced so didn’t miss out on anything. I strongly suggest reading through the leaflet well, as lots of actions to do to help with hatching and play afterwards. It really is a wow toy and does everything advertised. The hatchimal can be played with afterwards with the various actions and sounds it can make. Definitely keep the leaflet for a while afterwards as I forgot some of the functions and what you have to do to trigger them. It quite durable as my toddler has dropped and bashed it around quite abit and battery life is still strong after 2 months. Truly adorable toy for girls and for the price I would definitely recommend.

This has got to be the coolest toy ever! I loved it my 6 year old loved it. Very magical experience for them watching it hatch. Hatched just like in real life...minus the lights and the mist. Bought when on sale for £19.99 but is definitely worth the full price.

Cute ,fun,exciting gift for girls! Gift bought for a 5yo and a 8yo both loved it! Good quality and great finish. Definitely recommend!

Didn’t seem to want to hatch, even though we followed the instructions. However, my niece loved this, and didn’t seem to mind that we had to manually break the shell (was very easy to crack open). The lights and sounds etc made up for that, as she thought it was fun to do.
